金融創新在2022年已是老生常談，過去數年，有無數初創誕生過，卻又被金融業中的制度化打沉。然而星星之火可以燎原，加密貨幣及區塊鏈、智能投資平台等已逐漸形成一個新的金融生態，參與者更多是非傳統金融業的人，而雄踞一方的金融機構也開始自行開發和採用新的技術。在兩邊的發展之下，到底能否各自擔當不同的角色，或是融為一體、掀起併購戰呢？不論是行內或行外的人，又可以如何解讀？
WIW邀請了4位在香港金融業舉足輕重的女士，分別在投資銀行、保險、加密貨幣及智能投資平台擔任領導及創新的策略人物，來為我們解答如何了解金融業會面對的發展趨勢，以及一貫職女企劃的特色，以她們自身的故事啟發我們如何踏上領導之路。

Fintech might be a buzzword already in 2022. Many startups have risen up riding the wave, but disappointed by the institutionalised financial industry in the past few years. Nonetheless, throughout the innovations, crypto, blockchain and robo-advisor have quietly formed a new financial ecosystem that is too big to be ignored now, in which most participants are non-traditional financial players. The institutions have also caught up by developing and adopting in-house technologies. With the changing landscape, how would the balance of power in the ecosystem be played out? How people within as well as outside the industry can interpret the trend?
WIW has invited 4 dominant female leaders who lead strategies and innovations in financial industry, covering investment banking, insurance, crypto and robo-advisor. They will guide us through their discussion on the upcoming trends in the financial industry, as well as sharing their personal stories as part of WIW series’ feature to inspire us how to become a great leader.
